Nigerian investigative journalist, David Hundeyin has over the weekend taken out of his busy schedules to reply a twitter user by the name John Oyesile (@OyesileJohn) who tried to troll the journalist and make jest of him after the President Tinubu listed the name of Bosun Tijani for Ministerial nomination.

Mr. Oyesile wrote: “David Hundeyin must be preparing his future apology letter. His hope is renewed.
God bless Nigeria.”

But trust Nigerian, they went under his tweet to give him a dosage of the troll he started until David Hundeyin quote the tweet with a long reply.

The reason you’re so pained about the Bosun Tijani affair is that – as I have spent years telling you on this app – you people are nobodies and nothings who have wasted your productive youth being social media attack dogs for peanuts.

Nobody rates you – especially not the politicians who hire you for stipends. They see you for exactly what you are – mindless intellectual prostitutes and hungry hustlers who are only good for the dirty jobs and nothing more.

Bosun Tijani and I have been mutually blocked since 2019. We can’t even stand each other. But there’s a reason why it is names like ours that will keep on coming up in serious conversations and never yours. There’s a reason why as much as I personally dislike him, I still have to respect his achievements.

Bosun has actually created something and achieved something with his life. Over the same 10 – 12 years that we have all been on this app and watched CCHub grow into something notable, you have wasted all your time shitposting for peanuts, and now all you have to show for your 20s and 30s are your 4 active and 6 suspended accounts with 197,000 tweets saying “😂😂😂” and “omo ale!”

I hope more and more Bosuns keep on happening until you finally realise that you are getting older and you have completely wasted your lives tweeting about people who have more significance to the human race than you do. I hope you eventually realise that the reason you didn’t amount to anything wasn’t Bosun or even Tinubu – it was you.

Some of you are already in your 40s and you are still hanging around on Twitter looking for a gig as somebody’s social media Boko Haram. Some of you even have children and you have absolutely nothing to show for entire lives so far.

I hope one day when your kids look at my kids and ask you “Why don’t we have their kind of life?” you will have an answer more constructive than “Because I spent my youth writing nonsense on a free app instead of going outside to touch grass and achieve something meaningful.”
